During these difficult times, we are all affected and dealing with the hardships brought upon us by the COVID-19 virus. We know
many people, including our residents and neighbors, have lost their source of income. We do not want any of our residents worried
about housing. Although, it may be a hard conversation to have, you must communicate with us directly as to your rent status for
May. We are here to assist you in this difficult time.

Your current account balance due for 5/18/2020 is $500.00. We are sure this balance has been a concern to you and ask that you
contact us to discuss your options.

We have compiled a helpful list of resources and support contacts on your resident portal. Although there are several resources
available to those financially impacted, we understand it may take time before those resources make it into the pockets of those who
need it most. We will update the list as we are aware of additional support providers. If you are elderly, unable to leave home, or are in
a situation that you may need assistance from a team member, please call, text, or email us. We will try to accommodate special
requests based on staffing, nature of the request, and CDC guidelines.
