B. 1. Check Candidates Completeness of Submitted Certificate of Candidacy

C. Recruitment of Editorial Staff/Contributors for School Paper is Postponed in preparation for


DSPC-Division Schools Press Conference for Private Schools this coming August). Details of
the contest will follow.

D. July 23 ( Tuesday) 1st Leg -Handwriting/Spelling / Journal Writing Contest/English & Filipino
Quiz Bee Test
 Release Reminder and Pointers on Friday (July 19) morning for the conduct of the said activity
 Spelling will be taken from the released spelling words plus at least 10 out of the box word to
break ties
 Category for the contests will be EASY, AVERAGE and DIFFICULT
 Questions c/o English and Filipino Teachers to be conducted in a classroom setting
 Winners will be trained and given reviewers right away since they will be representing the
school to the Division Festival of Talents tentatively scheduled this November
 Need to prepare Certificate of Recognition to top 3 winners c/o Ms. Rose
 Division Contest among private Schools is slated on SEPTEMBER

E. 1st Long Assessments


 July 18, 19 and 20 (Elementary)
 Kindergarten July 19, 20, 22

Reminders:
 Finish checking test papers on Saturday. After recording, Test papers will be released
to ALL students through the advisers on or before Wednesday (July 24), compiled
in a long brown envelope with plastic with the students’ names on them. STRICTLY NO
RELEASING OF LOOSE TEST PAPERS. Double check results. No mistakes must be
encountered with the scores. Highest Penalty based on Teacher’s Manual will be
imposed for every complain received from parents.
 RETRIEVAL OF TEST PAPERS IS ON MONDAY ( July 29) , DULY SIGNED BY
PAPENTS. COMPILE ENVELOPES IN A BOX. Label your box with the corresponding
Grade level then put them on the CABINET at
the Guidance office

F. 22-25 Campaign and Election Period


Reminders:
 Remind Candidates in advance that they can start distributing election paraphernalia
and may post their campaign materials like tarpaulins on Monday. Designated areas for
tarpaulins: Perimeter fences near the gates and basketball court area
 July 24 ( Room to Room Campaign)
 July 25 Miting de Avance. Last day of Campaigning 1-2pm only
 July 26 Election Day (Friday) c/o Sir Jazzen and Ms. R.A.
 Voting is per batch ( 6 voters).
 Voting ends at exactly 2:30 PM.
 Canvassing of votes start at 3 o’clock in the afternoon.

5. Maximize pages of Diary and Notebooks. Teach pupils to conserve resources
6. Notebooks must have entries There will be random checking of Diaries and Notebooks to ensure
rules are being followed.
7. Computer lab activities will resume on July 26

Tutorial every exams only is not acceptable.
Telling parents not to tell the school about things like this will make you dishonest in the eyes of
others and unworthy of being a teacher
