WELCOME TO THE NEW SALESFORCE MOBILE APP

The new Salesforce mobile app is like having the desktop version of Lightning Experience on your mobile device. Experience a smooth
transition when switching from working at your desk to working on the go.
In the new mobile app, navigation is streamlined, pages look better and load faster, settings are easier to find, and access to Lightning
apps gives you more flexibility in how you work.
Have thoughts on the changes? Let us know! Use the Feedback link in your profile menu. Our product team is listening.

Navigation Bar
The streamlined navigation bar replaces the previous navigation menu. Use it to access the new navigation menu and your frequently
used objects.
Menu
The navigation menu is the rightmost item in the navigation bar. It’s a lot like the old navigation menu in that you can still find more
of your items, objects, and apps. But it also has some new tricks up its sleeve. The new App Launcher and All Items live here.
Mobile Only
When you first log in to the new Salesforce mobile app, you see the default set of navigation items, called Mobile Only. If you used
the previous Salesforce mobile app, these items are from your previous navigation menu. We moved them to the Mobile Only app
to make switching to the new Salesforce mobile app easier. The items and the order of the items that appear here are controlled by
your admin.
All Items
All Items is an alphabetical list of all your mobile items and objects. Access it from the menu.
App Launcher
The App Launcher from Lightning Experience desktop has arrived on mobile! Use it to switch back and forth between Lightning
apps and Mobile Only.
Action Bar
The action bar puts actions right at the top of your screen.
Record Pages
Record pages have a new look and feel, including a new back button, the action and navigation bars, and vertically stacked tabs.
The new share icon lets you easily share links to record pages with your colleagues. Your admin might have also enabled a path
component, which you can follow through a sales or support process.
Profile Menu
Access your profile and account actions from the new profile icon at the top of the screen. Use it to switch between different Salesforce
accounts and orgs, access your favorites list, update settings, get help, and give feedback.

Welcome to the New Salesforce Mobile App Menu

If you’re in a Lightning app, the first four items of your mobile navigation bar are the same four navigation tabs from that Lightning app
on desktop. If you’re in the Mobile Only app, the first four items of your mobile navigation bar are the first four items in your navigation
menu.

You can keep using Mobile Only if you like. Or you can switch to a Lightning app, if your company uses them, using the mobile App
Launcher. Tap the App Launcher icon at the top of the menu to switch to a Lightning app.

You can switch back to Mobile Only via the App Launcher.
If you don’t see Mobile Only, your admin customized the mobile app to use a Lightning app instead.

Any changes you make to the order of the apps in your desktop App Launcher are reflected in your mobile App Launcher. The only
difference is that on mobile, Mobile Only is always at the top.
If you don’t have any Lightning apps, it’s because your admin hasn’t created any or enabled them for mobile.
