This RENT AGREEMENT is made and executed at Bangalore, on this 4% day of July 2019 by and

560037. In consideration of the rent hereinafter: reserved and the conditions hereinafter stated.
The tenant shall pay a monthly rent of Rs.6, $00/- (Rupees Six Thousand five hundreds only) for
two persons and Rs.5, 000/-(Rupees Five thousands only) for single person, including electricity
‘charges to the owner on of before Sth of every English Calendar month.
2, The tenant has paid an advance amount of Rs.20, 000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) to the
Owner by way of cash. The Owner acknowledges the receipt of the same. The said security deposit
amount of Rs.20, 000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) shall not carry any interest but will be
refundable to the tenant on the termination of the tenancy.
‘The owner shall have rights to terminate the tenancy ifthe tenant fails to pay the rent regularly for a
consecutive period of two months or commits breach of any of the terms herein and take possession
of the premises without notice
4. The-Tenant shall use the premises only for residential purpose and shall not use it for any offensive
or objectionable purpose. And shall not without the written consent of tke owner sublet, under lease
(part with the-possession of the premises any whom so ever or make any alternation therein,
5. The owner shall allow the tenant in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the premises during the
continuance of the tenancy provided the tenant acts up to the terms of this agreement.
7. The tenancy may be renewed for further period/s mutually agreed-between the parties-en the terms
and condition to be specified at that time
8. It is hereby agreed that One month prior notice on either side is required for the termination of
tenancy.
9. The tenant shall pay one month rent for painting charges at the time of vacating the schedule
premises.

‘The ‘Tenancy shall be in force for the period (11) eleven Months from the 4 day of July 2019 and
the month of tenancy being the English calendar month,
