                   As you are aware of the situation in the market due to Covid 19 and the lockdown, the retailers
    are unable to complete the SPARX SAMBANDH SCHEME for the year ’19-’20. So citing the incompletion
    we request you to reimburse the scheme as per the decision taken by the company. We abide by the
    decision and accept the amount credited to us. We also undertake to reimburse our retailers eligible in
    the scheme from our pay out. We assure that the retailers will not claim any gifts/entitlements from the
    company.
