FACTS:
At 5:30 in the afternoon when Kate Sandoval, a college student from
University of Batangas, Lipa Campus (UBLC) was on her way to the Faculty
to submit a project on her professor when Margarita Latag, the mother of
Michaela Latag, one of her classmate whom she had a previous argument
with, shouted various curses at her in the presence of her classmates and
other students who are at the hallway. Latag uttered “P***ng****o ka! Ang
lakas ng loob mong siraan ang anak ko, ikaw nga itong malandi at
prostitute! Alam ba ng magulang mo yang mga pinag gagagawa mo? Ang
bata bata mo pa bayaran kana.” Sandoval, shocked, just stood still and
cried.
Sandoval filed a complaint against Latag for Slander.
