Sales executive Reviewed terms of engagement

Engaged on three months renewable contracts

1. Remuneration will be on commission basis and a retainer of ksh 15000 for those who
will meet the set minimum accounts. NOTE those will not meet the set minimum will
not be paid the retainer but will be paid commission on the account delivered. However
if the previous month you had delivered above the set minimum you will be paid for the
retainer if the currents accounts added with the surplus of the previous month is equal
to the minimum set targets.
2. Transport of ksh 200 per day will be paid to those who will meet the set minimum target
in that specific month.

Commission
Commission will be paid on the following basis

1. Ksh 50 for any fosa account opened with ksh 500 and above deposited in it.
2. Ksh 300 for any of the following recruited member:
a) TSC member
b) County employee with personal number and permanently employed.
c) Any retirement savings fund through check off system.
d) Any university employee but through check off system
e) Rental income member

3. Ksh 500 for any institution collection accounts

4. ksh 250 for any salary channeled through Trans Nation Sacco.

Cash collections
1. One will be paid 1% for any cash collection including under agency banking.
2. Those who follow ups the account opened will also paid 1% for any addition every
month.
