M.Pharm Dissertation Work: Effect of Aloe vera juice on permeation kinetics of
carbamazepine across rat intestine
In brief- The rat intestine is isolated, everted and normal sac studies are conducted. The samples
are analyzed by HPLC. Pharmacokinetic parameters are calculated using KINETICA software.
Statitics is also applied to find out the significance using JANDEL Scientifica.
