SAFETY PROTOCOLS & NEW PROGRAMMING

JUNE 2020

REINTRODUCING FENOM PROGRAMMING PLAN

As the state begins its preparation to reopen business after almost a two-
month long shut down, Fenom and the overall sports and recreation
industry will also begin its plans to reopen.
We had hopes of opening by the 18th of May but based on NY States
phased reopening plans put in place by Governor Cuomo, sports and
recreational facilities will be able to operate sometime in the month of
June.

Fenom plans to put in place specific protocols set by local officials and the
industry which modifies ways of running sports programming and doing
business in the post virus phase.

First and foremost, the facility will be cleaned and disinfected regularly by
a professional cleaning service and FENOM staff. This would include
cleaning of all seating areas, bathroom facilities, doors and doorknobs,
floors and all fitness and sports equipment. All equipment such as ball,
cones hurdles etc. will be disinfected after each class has been completed.

Staff members will be present in the lobby area to coordinate all drop-offs
and pick-ups to enforce social distancing protocols. One student at a time
will be allowed to enter or exit the facility and for the time being we ask
that all parents, nannies or guardians stay outside of the facility in order to
practice in the safest environment.

All bathroom and water breaks will be timed accordingly by coaching staff
so that only one person at a time uses the restrooms.

DURING CLASS SESSIONS

§ The zones that will be available for use include the court arena, the turf
area, the golf simulator area, the upstairs gym/obstacle course, and the
outdoor obstacle course.

§ All activities will be programmed to ensure social distancing and

adequate space. For example, each zone will only be allowed to have a
maximum of 1 coach per 6 participants.

§ Fenom will have policies in place such as limiting one person in each
restroom at a time, as well as policies which limit interaction between
each class session including coordinating different entrances and exits
from each activity zone.

§ Hand sanitizer will be located in multiple places throughout the facility

and will be available for use at any time

§ Lastly, all staff members and all participants will be required to wear
facemasks at all times until further notice.

OFFERED PROGRAMMING

Fenom will reintroduce both Multi-Sport Mash-Ups and Basketball clinics

starting early to mid June.

Since schools are out indefinitely and some parents are itching to keep
their kids active, Fenom will be offering 90-minute Multi Sport sessions for
boys and girls in Kindergarten through 5th Grade and Basketball Clinics for
boys and girls in 1st Grade through 7th Grade.

All multi sport mash-ups will be programed so that there will be 3 activities
offered in 3 separate spaces. There will be two sports activities and one
fitness activity. The zones that each activity will be offered will be the court
area, the turf area, the upstairs multi purpose area and the outdoor
Spartan course. Each zone will only have a maximum of 6 to 8 participants.

All basketball clinics will be organized with a shooting zone, a ball handling
and dribbling zone and a sports specific conditioning zone.
