CASE STUDY BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

 The situation:

A company was having a bad time. In addition to the poor economic results of the year, the
terrible work environment, there is a disenchantment on the part of the workers regarding their
personal trajectory and that of the company itself.

- Background:

After analyzing the problem in depth through interviews with the company's management and
with some of the workers, it is found that:

1.- The workers do not know the objectives of the company or what it will do to overcome the
market crisis.

2.- The constant changes in personnel have left a team broken and without any type of
interpersonal relationship.

Questions:

-WHAT ACTIONS WOULD YOU PROPOSE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM THAT AFFECTS THIS
COMPANY ....?

The actions that I would propose to solve the problem that is affecting the company
would be to gather all the company’s work personnel and apply a general induction
to all where each of the employees is knowing the mission, vision and where the
company wants to go, so they know in depth the objectives and goals that the
company wants to achieve, in turn it would be a matter of reducing a little the
change of personnel, and make dynamic meetings with all the members of the
company so that they have interpersonal relations and get to know each other little
by little and have more confidence when working, and that no longer feel such a
dense organizational climate on the part of the workers
