Republic Act 646 section 2 states that: “The purpose of this corporation shall be to study the
teaching of Dr. Jose Rizal, to inculcate and propagate them in and among all classes of the Filipino
people, and by the words and deeds to exhort among our citizenry to emulate and practice the examples
and teaching of our national hero; to promote the associated knights the spirit of patriotism and Rizalian
chivalry; to develop a perfect union among the Filipinos in revering the memory of Dr. Jose Rizal and to
organized and hold programs commemorative of Rizal’s nativity and martyrdom”.

One of the key resolution filed in the recently concluded 55th National Rizal Youth Leadership
Institute (NRYLI) is the call for the organization of Kabataang Pangarap ni Rizal (Kapariz) in schools
and LGUs all over the country.

In line with this, the Kabataang Pangarap ni Rizal (KAPARIZ) Region VIII chapter would like to
ask the cooperation of your good office to establish the said youth organization all over the province of
Northern Samar. We would like to invite you to join the 1st University of Eastern Philippines Rizal
Youth Leadership Institute on March 6, 2017 8:00AM at UEP Gymnatorium. We would like to be with
you as we propose a certain activity for the youth of our province, SIR EMMANUEL M. CABUSAO,
KGCR the chairman of National Rizal Youth Leadership Institute would like to help us in developing the
potential of every youth in our province.

We are looking forward for your support, as we believe that you have a great love to this country
