Duties & Responsibilities

As a BASIS Consultancy Service Provider, he is required to perform the following duties and undertake
the following responsibilities in a professional manner. Each task will have to meet the quality as
required and stated by the Service Recipient and its Client:

1. Implement and maintain the multiple SAP instances that comprise the SAP environment (Sandbox,
SOLMAN, Development, QAS, Web dispatcher, FIORI and production).

2. Maintain the integrity of the SAP environment by managing the SAP Correction and Transport System
(CTS) to ensure all configuration and development objects are promoted properly.

3. Introduce technical changes into the environment using a structured approach that minimizes risk and
achieves high reliability, availability and performance of each SAP instance.

4. Design and implement an optimal SAP configuration to maximize system performance and availability.

5. Install and configure all required SAP database servers and application servers.

6. Manage SAP users, authorizations, and profiles.

7. Distribute the online SAP user workload and monitor and manage the SAP background job workload.

8. Configure and manage the SAP printing subsystem for all SAP instances.

9. Maintain SAP performance by planning and executing SAP tuning strategies.

10. Perform SAP client administration (create client, copy client, delete client, export/import client) as
required.

11. Apply and migrate SAP maintenance (hot packages and kernel upgrades) through all systems using a
structured methodology.

12. Develop and maintain system documentation for all SAP instances and interfaces.

Work Schedule and Compensation:

a) The Service Provider is required to work remotely on the specific project but work on Recipient’s
client premises as and if necessary, according to project need.

b) He will be entitled to a consultancy payment of One Lac Sixty Thousand Taka only (BDT 1,60,000), to
be paid in 5 (five) segments. Each segment will be considered complete after a certificate issued by the
Recipient of the following tasks:

i. 10% of salary will be paid after:

•SANDBOX installation (HANA DB Installation + SAP Application Installation

ii. 20% of salary will be paid after:

• DEV & QAS Server Installation (HANA DB 2 + SAP Application 2)

• DMS Server Installation

iii. 30% of salary will be paid after:

• Production Server (HANA DB + SAP Application)

• Fiori Gateway (Production)

• Fiori Webdispatcher (Production)

• HPM Addons

iv. 20% of salary will be paid after:

• User & Role (Administration)

• Role vs T-code Matrix Development

• User vs Role Matrix Development

• Any kind of troubleshooting

v. 20% of salary will be paid after:

• 1-month support after Go Live

• Solman Installation
