Video: WHAT TYPES OF HOUSE DO YOU WANT TO LIVE IN?

M: I heard you’re moving into a new house, is that right?

W: Yes, I’m leaving next week.

M: Where is it? Is it far from here?

W: Yes it’s quite far. It’s in the suburbs.

M: What kind of the house is it?

W: Actually, I considered buying a detached house. But then I chose a three-

storied terraced house. It provides more space and still within our budget.

M: Is it nice?

W: Yes. I really like it. It’s got three bedrooms, a large kitchen and a living room.
There’s a small garden at the back of the house. I think I’m gonna grow some
flowers there.

M: Sounds great! And what about the neighbors?

W: They’re great. I met my new neighbors several times. They’re very helpful and
hospitable, especially a couple right next to my house. You know, I can’t wait to go
there.

M: Nice. Well, if you need any help, just give me a call. I’ll be very happy to lend a
hand.

W: That’s so kind of you. Thanks. I will.
