DEED OF CHATTEL MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, CARA MEL LATTE., of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Sun Alley,
V&G, Tacloban City, for and in consideration of the sum of TWO HUNDRED
THOUSAND PESOS (P200,000.00) Philippine Currency, receipt whereof in cash
being hereby acknowledged to my entire satisfaction from SPS. MAC & MICA
DU, both of legal age, Filipinos, and residents of Marasbaras., Tacloban City, do
by these presents hereby CONVEY, by way of First Mortgage, free from any and
all liens and encumbrances, together with all its accessories, unto said SPS.
MAC & MICA DU, their heirs and assigns, one (1) unit motor vehicle hereinbelow
described as follows:

HEREBY DECLARING that I am the sole and exclusive owner of the

above-described motor vehicle. Hence, I have the sole and perfect right to
convey the same in any manner and in whosever favor as by way hereof and in
favor of herein mortgagee; that this mortgage is only for a period of ONE (1)
MONTH from date hereof with the condition that if within the said period of one
(1) month I shall be able to or cause to be paid the said amount of P200,000.00,
then this mortgage shall automatically become null and void and without further
force and effect; otherwise, the same shall remain valid and effective and
enforceable in the manner provided for by law.
