FUNCTIONALITY SAFETY AESTHETICS

Quality Standard
The material used for Railing Products is stringently tested
to adhere to AISI Stainless Steel grade 304 or 316. The
Manufacturing unit is equipped with a testing facility which
has all modern tools and gadgets to test the Quality of
materials and components.
Stringent QC parameters, are followed at each level of pro-

duction process and hence the complete installed prod-
ucts meet international quality norms, especially SAFETY.
Our clients are always welcome to independently test the

quality of our material grades at any authourised/Equipped
testing lab. Alternately if required Quality Reports Material
Testing, RC Reports can be provided on request.

Production
A combination of most modern CNC Machines and skilled employees are involved in the mass
production of various components and products. We use automatic finishing lines to achieve
high quality and consistent finish on the Stainless Steel. The Technology behind the products,
provides Railing products a distinct edge over other railing products available.
All Ozone products and manufacturing facility adheres to international quality norms and best
practices. Required Investment in Energy Efficient measures and all pollution control measure
are made as a part of our social responsibility.
At Ozone, stress is also laid on following International HR Standards. Usage of Child Labour
is strictly prohibited in all divisions of the Company. The Company also takes special care in
Waste Disposal and thereby adheres to Environmental Friendly techniques in Production.
