1. I am currently occupying a lot previously awarded to Mariano Relova by

the DA located at the Dairy Farm, Cabid-an, East District, Sorsogon City ;

2. I am executing this affidavit to attest that said lot came to my possession because Mr.
Relova has already waived his rights over the same;

3. I am willing to undergo the processes that are needed in order to acquire

the beneficial ownership of said lot;

4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing statement
for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
