Marlim Avenue corner Don Juan Street, Diamond Subdivision, Balibago, Angeles City,
Angeles City, have named, appointed and constituted ATTY. GERALD ANDERSON
as my attorney-in-fact, to represent me and to act for and in my behalf in the Pre-Trial
Conference of IPR Civil Case No. 004 entitled “AWESOMENESS, INC. represented by
its owner APRIL JOY DE GUZMAN vs. Sps. DREW and IYA ARELLANO” pending
before Branch 42 of the Regional Trial Court of the City of San Fernando, Pampanga,
with powers and authority to enter into amicable settlement, to submit to alternative
modes of dispute resolution, and to enter into such stipulations of facts and of
documents as my said attorney may deem to be in accordance with truth and justice.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney full powers and
authority to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect
the foregoing authority for representation, as fully to all intents and purposes as I may
