 PREFACE

“Knowledge without application is a waste”. So it is necessary to provide the practical

knowledge along with the theoretical knowledge. It is very easy to study the fundamental of
communication.
Beginning of any study is entirely creative. Any project does not comes all of a sudden, but it
comes by the result of the discussion, consultation and contemplation. To study Finance policies
of a company and to measure the level of satisfaction of employees with these policies is very
vast subject (especially in such a small period). But when I contemplate my project I feel a lot
more confident. I have tried to make a project report in a simple language and as far as possible,
compact, without leaving any point.
