04 Cylinders are "Soap solution" tested for leakage.
05 Cylinders are kept away from live electrical cables or ground wires.
06 Cylinders used in the open are provided with shelter.
07 Condition of Regulators / Hoses / Torches / Pressure Gauge.
08 Regulators and torches are in working condition.
09 Hoses are free from tape or wrapping materials used for plugging leaks.
10 Proper connections used for fastening
11 Any kinked or tangled hoses.
12 Hoses protected from mechanical damage or burning.
13 Cutting torches hanging over cylinder.
14 Flash - back arrestor provided for cylinder.
15 Gas cutting Lighter available.
16 Fire extinguisher (ABC type).
17 Area housekeeping provided.
