The meeting was called to order at 02:15 in the afternoon by the Presiding Officer, Ms. Nora D. Dela
Paz, OIC-Assistant Regional Director for Administration (ARDA).

She said that there are four
(4) pending projects at Agoo,
La Union and three (3)
pending projects at Dagupan,
Pangasinan that are not yet
started due to the delay
caused by the ongoing
construction of DPWH
projects. She also shared
about the video conference
conducted on 15 July 2019 at
the DSWD FO1 Panlipunan
Hall. According to her, DSWD
Region 1 was called attention
due to the pending projects
affected by the delay of
DPWH projects. She also
addressed a letter to the
Regional Director of DPWH
Region 1 and stated, “If only
the Regional Director of
DPWH will personally go and
witness the situation of our
children, maybe they will
provide immediate action”.
