    FAULT
    Motor Ground.
    Main motor starter fault.
    Unit Fault
    Star Contactor Heat up.
    Tripped (unit fault)
    Feed divertor Motor problem.
    Separator motor tripped with unit fault alarm.
    ID fan tripped with not ready alarm.
    Bridge reclaimer power cable damaged.
    REASON
    Motor undercapacity in design.
    MV trolley spring charging motors' cable was broken.
    PS-431 Mal-functioning
    Frequent start stops, rotor starter under capacity
    Bearings issue
    Brake of motor was operated and not releasing the motor.
    Separator fan bearing issue lead to overcurrent.
    Relay base for cooling fan was loose and led to tripping.
    Cable damaged when it touched track due to cable drum issue.
    ACTION
    250kw, 1500 rpm installed. Motor to be re-winded.
    attached the cable.
    By-passed.(caused many trips)
    Carbonised contacts cleaned, Jumps replaced.
    Motor replaced.
    Removed brake and released the mechanism.
    Reset the fault and continued operation.( caused multiple trippings until fan bearing seezed.
    Relay base changed.
    Repaired the cable.
