    Several production issues occurred at Pioneer Cement Ltd from August 28 to September 28, resulting in lost time and production. The raw mill main drives were down for 15 minutes due to a root blower tripping on a unit fault. Kiln 1's PLC breaker tripped, causing 86.68 tons of lost production. Cement Mill 1 experienced two stoppages, first when an oil lubrication pump motor tripped and then again for over 2 hours when steam turbine generator and steam turbine experienced malfunctions.

    STG & STE Malfunction

    Due to High Temprature at cooler of Kiln 1, one of


    proxy switch cables' insulaton damaged.

    During inspection insulation resisitance of one coil was


    found weak .
