WBSETCL Meno Ne! ne oper. u pf Dae } 10:02:20} West Bengal State Electricity Transmission Company Limitec (AGOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL ENTERPRISE) NOTE-SH) Subject: Requisition of $/D of Samsi-Gazole 132 kV Circuit and Samsi-Raiganj 132 KV circuit respectively on 14.02.2020 and 15.02.2020 from 08.00 hrs to 16.00 hrs on daily basis for establishing permanent Gazole-Samsi and Gazole-Raiganj 132 kV double circuit network. 1) Shut-down i.r.o present Gazole-Samsi 132 kV circuit will be required from 08.00 hrs to 16.00 hn on 14.02.2020 for feeding Samsi from Gazole end via original Gazole-Samsi circuit-1, Details « work are mentioned below: (As per drawing 02) a) Dismantling of three nos. conductor in between existing T-06 & MSR-02. b) Stringing of three nos. conductor in between existing T-06 & new original AP 1/0 fo establishing Gazole-Samsi 132 kV circuit-1, During the S/D period Samsi will get power from Raiganj source, Hence, there will be no PLS. After withdrawing this S/D, the following will be happened: ‘+ Samsi may get power from new original Gazole-Samsi 132 kV Cirucit-1, + Portion T-91 to T-121 may be kept at uncharged condition for next day work. Hence, nc operation will be done i..o old Gazole-Samsi 132 kV circuit from Gazole end. 2) Shut-down i.r.o present Samsi-Raiganj 132 kV circuit will be required from 08.00 hrs to 16.0 hrs on 15.02.2020 for feeding Samsi from Gazole end via original Gazole-Samst circuit: Details o! work are mentioned below: (As per drawing 03) a) Dismantling of three nos, conductor in between existing T-06 & MSR-01. 'b) Stringing of three nos. conductor in between existing T-06 & new original AP 1/0 for establishing Gazole-Samsi 132 kV circuit:2, During the $/0 period Samsi will get power from Gazole source (New Gazole-Samsi cht. 1). Hence, there will be no PLS, After withdrawing this 5/D, the following will be happened: ‘+ Samsi may also get power from new original Gazole-Sams! 132 kV Cirucit-2. 3) Apart from this, erection of 3 nos. conductor will be carried out on 15.02.2020 in between MSR- 02 & MSR-01 for continuation of 2» circult of Gazole-Raiganj 132 kV circuit. This new circuit will be treated as Gazole-Raiganj 132 kV ckt. 1. Sub-sequently the old Gazole-Raiganj will be treated as Gazole-Raiganj 132 kV ckt. 2.
