8th Grade Health - 2B - Online 2020

Dear students,

First of all, I hope everyone is feeling healthy and safe. This is a crazy time right now,
something many of your parents and teachers have never encountered before. In terms of
school for the time being, most of your classes will be done through a web-site called
zoom.com. You have probably received many emails already about this site so hopefully by the
time our class starts you know how to function with it.

For our health class, we will only meet ONCE PER WEEK at 1:15-1:45pm on Wednesday’s
with the meeting link ​https://zoom.us/j/797827345​. This is different from your core classes
(math, science, ELA, social studies) that will meet week 1 and meet with you twice a week.
Elective classes such as health will only meet once a week.
 
Simply click on the link during this time and you will be sent to our class sessions. From here we
will go through our ​Google Classroom​ and complete a weekly assignment. I will walk you
through this assignment each week and have the ​due date be the Friday of that week​ so you
have plenty of time to submit it.

Here is the schedule for the semester if in fact we are online for the remainder of the school
year.
