The anticipation of the timeline is to run the event smoothly before and after holding
it. However, there are still challenges might face by the groups.

So the challenges that may be faced during the timeline is the time management for
meetings and some information of China’s ethnic. Therefore, to overcome this problem, we
decided to create a WhatsApp Group so that it will be easier to discuss or update any
information regarding the upcoming event.
