I hereby indorse to the office of the Chairman Committee the herein complain of Engr.
SEHAWE RAKIIN and H. SAID RAKIIN regarding to their parcel land which was sold by
their own brother HADJI AMIN RAKIIN to the buyer Mr. FATAK DEGAN.

According to the complainants, the sale of their parcel land was illegal, because neigther of the
complainants were informed nor gave their consent on the said transaction.

Furthermore, the complainants want to stop the illegal construction on the subject parcel land
which is located between the area of Lalabuan and Talub Lanao del Sur.
