PROGRAM RATIONALE/ DESCRIPTION

The Socio-Civic program of the Community Extension Program & Services (CEPS), an Important function or one of the trilogy of
function of the school, aims to assist the underserved community, especially the less privileged people who belong to the skirt of society to acquire
free knowledge, skills and values, and other basic services that the school could offer. With the strong collaboration among the members of the
school administration, faculty and student in initiating different Socio-Civic programs the community growth and development are most likely be
attained.

PROGRAM GENERAL OBJECTIVES

The program of community extension services of FLVC aims to empower people in the community into becoming responsible citizens by
pursuing constantly the programs and approaches to enhance growth, productivity and gainful socio-economic endeavor. With this end view, the
socio-civic program of the community extension program and services of CEPS of FLVC introduce activities such as, economic, social, political,
environmental/ecological, health and educational lectures and skills training that will support development of the people and the community in
general.

PROGRAM AREA OF DEVELOPMENT

 EDUCATIONAL LECTURES AND TRAINING

This development of the FLVC-CEPS emphasizes on or gives attention to the safe and proper electrical installation on households and to make
the people of the community learn about the basics in installing electrical wirings or connection.
