COVID-19 Public Health Crisis

This is in connection with all your on-going contract projects with the Department of Public
Works and Highways, Region IV-B. Attached herewith is the Department Order No. 35 series of
2020 dated May 04, 2020 issued by Secretary MARK A. VILLAR for the above-mentioned
subject.

The attached guidelines for your strict compliance in the implementation of your following
