One of DepEd’s policies is to develop the full potential of learners along the areas of
Science, Technology, Engineering and Research through the Science, Technology, and
Engineering (STE) Program. In line with the STE Program’s commitment to high standards
of academic excellence in the Schools Division of Passi City as recognized by the central
office, we are pleased to inform you that the Admission Period for the Incoming Grade 7 STE
students will be on the following dates:

 Deadline of the Submission of Requirements: November 15, 2019

 Posting of Top 150 Qualifiers: November 20, 2019
 STE-Competitive Entrance Test (STE-CET): November 23, 2019
 Posting of Top 100 Qualifiers: November 29, 2019
 Aptitude Test: December 7, 2019
 Posting of Official Admission Results: January 6, 2020

It is the program’s fervent hope to widen its access to quality education with the goal
of giving learners within the division and surrounding municipalities an opportunity for
higher and advanced learning.

Attached in this letter are the list of requirements for the preliminary selection of
applicants.

 Duly accomplished application form

or visit the Passi National High School-Maceda Hall for a hardcopy.)
 NSO/PSA Birth certificate (photocopy)
 Certificate of Good Moral Character
 SF9 (Student’s Report Card) (certified true copy)
o Average of 85% or above (the sum of the 1st and 2nd Quarter averages
divided by two)
o A grade of at least 85% in Science, Mathematics, and English (per
Quarter)
o A grade of at least 83% in other subjects (per Quarter)
