Hand of Talona

(poisoner)

Henbane’s hand

You gain immunity to common poison and resistance to all poisons. You are immune to a number of
poisons and venoms of your choice equal to your proficiency bonus, from the poison list. At 9th Oil of
Taggit may be added and Torpor at 13 th.

Any poison you are immune to can be produced in an hour for 50 gp or in four hours.

Hand of Carceri

At 3rd you gain proficiency with a poisoner’s kit if you don’t already have it. You can alter a poison’s
application that you are immune to. The poison, once consumed by you, can then be changed in its
application to contact, injury, consumption, or inhalation. This property can only be changed once per
dose.

Hand of Glory

At 9th level your biology becomes so immersed with the poisons you are immune to that they can be
stored within you. You contain one dose of each poison you are immune to. These poisons can be
applied via bodily fluids or breath as an action.

Additionally, your body can change these poisons to acid damage or necrotic damage, thus overcoming
poison immunity

Envenomed touch

At 13th level you have gained mastery of your biology to the point that you can apply poisons within it as
a bonus action. This could be applying to a weapon, putting poison in your spit, or on your skin.

Hand of Talona

At 17th level you gain immunity to all poisons.

Assassin’s Blood : A DC 10 saving throw. On a failed save, it takes 6


(1d12) poison damage and is poisoned for 24 hours. On a successful save,
the creature takes half damage and isn’t Poisoned

Burnt Othur Fumes: A DC 13 Con saving throw or take 10 (3d6) poison


damage, and must repeat the saving throw at the start of each of its turns.
On each successive failed save, the character takes 3 (1d6) poison damage.
After three successful saves, the poison ends.

Crawler Mucus (Contact): DC 13 con saving throw or be Poisoned 1


minute. The Poisoned creature is Paralyzed The creature can repeat the
saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a
success.

Drow Poison (Injury): This poison is typically made only by the drow,
and only in a place far removed from sunlight. A creature subjected to this
poison must succeed on a DC 13 Con throw or be Poisoned for 1 hour. If the
saving throw fails by 5 or more, the creature is also Unconscious
while Poisoned in this way. The creature wakes up if it takes damage or if
another creature takes an action to shake it awake.

Essence of Ether: A creature subjected to this poison must succeed on a


DC 15 Con saving throw. Failure is poisoned for 8 hours and unconscious.
The creature wakes up if it takes damage or if another creature takes an
action to shake it awake.

Malice : A DC 15 Con saving throw or poisoned and blinded for one hour.

Oil of Taggit : A creature subjected to this poison must succeed on a DC


13 Con saving throw or become poisoned for 24 hours and unconscious.
The creature wakes up if it takes damage.

Pale Tincture (Ingested): A creature subjected to this poison must


succeed on a DC 16 Con saving throw or take 3 (1d6) poison damage and
become Poisoned. Creature must repeat the saving throw every 24 hours,
taking 3 (1d6) poison damage on a failed save. Until this poison ends, the
damage the poison deals can’t be healed by any means. After seven
successful Saving Throws, the effect ends and the creature can heal
normally.

Serpent Venom: DC 11 Con saving throw, (3d6) poison damage on a


failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Torpor : DC 15 Con or is poisoned for 4d6 hours. The Poisoned creature is


incapacitated
Truth Serum : Dc 11 con saving throw become poisoned for 1 hour and
are then as if under the effect of a Zone of Truth spell.
