Project Description:
The American Arbitration Association-International Centre for Dispute Resolution
Foundation, Inc. (AAA-ICDR Foundation) was established in 2015 with the purpose to fund critical
projects, domestically and internationally. This effort fills important needs in the ADR community by
expanding the use of alternative dispute resolution (ADR), improving the process, increasing access to
ADR for those who cannot afford it, and sharing knowledge across different cultures.
Role & Responsibilities in detail:
 Install and administration of Oracle UCM and Capture.
 Created Custom component for validating Split PDF contents into each page wise.
 Created Custom component to download the multiple documents into Zip file.
 Created Custom Component to connect the external DB from Content Server to update or validate
the data.
 Creating and Manage Content Profiles, rules and meta fields based on requirement
 Upload bulk content to content Server using RIDC.
 Create, export and import Configuration bundle from one environment to another.
 Created capture workspace to read barcodes and insert the capture documents to UCM.

users. The nature of the project involves Maintenance, Enhancements in existing applications and
Development of new applications for consumer and commercial clients. The application’s functionalities
vary from applying from a card online to checking your card balance online, checking history of
transactions and most other applicable online functionalities in Web and Mobile.
Role & Responsibilities in detail:

Gist of the project:
Oracle UCM is an enterprise application written in Java for managing Content. Client is a healthcare
staffing company which is required to maintain/manage documents for each applicant to be Compliant
with Healthcare industry standards. The requirement is to build a Compliance Management system
having Oracle UCM acting as the Document Management System. Oracle UCM is the document
management store at the backend. The compliance management system leverages the services
provided by the UCM.
Role & Responsibilities in detail:
 Involved in analyzing the existing applications methodologies being used in the project and
formulating guideline/ requirement/enhancement specifications during study of existing
infrastructure and applications.
 Understand the Oracle UCM component architecture and customization techniques.
 Develop custom components to Oracle UCM according to the business requirement.
 Develop web services in Oracle UCM to expose the component services to third party
applications.
 Involved in identifying the bottlenecks and fine tune the application performance for
enhanced user experience.
 Wrote the necessary Triggers, Views required for the application logic.
