We are in search of energetic, dynamic and dedicated Bank Executives who are willing to work in Technology & Digitalization
Group.

The following skill set and other tentative criteria is required for the positions: -

Position/Job Title Division Head – Technology Infrastructure (EVP)

Academic /  Minimum 4 year Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a
Professional related field.
Qualification  Preference will be given to candidate having MS Degree with technology-related emphasis.
 Minimum 15 years’ experience of related technical experience within large, heterogeneous, state-of-the-art
technology infrastructures in Banking or related sectors.
 More than 5 years senior technology leadership roles within Banking or related sectors inspiring and
Experience
motivating staff and engaging company boards and board members.
 More than 5 years as part of large, cross-functional teams influencing senior-level management and key
stakeholders effectively across the organization in complex contexts.
General
 Broad knowledge of Cyber security, Hardware, Networks, Data Center Operations, Storage Facilities, Virtual
and Remote Assets, Wireless and Wired Access, Cloud Computing, SDS, SDDC, SDN, SDx.
 Excellent Project and Portfolio management skills.
Technology Governance
 Deep understanding and appreciation of technology governance and risk management with demonstrable
implementation experience of ETGRMF.
 Work closely with auditors (internal, external, statutory and/or regulatory) to review findings, formulate action
plans and implement remediation measures to ensure compliance.
Strategy & Technical
 Strategic direction and oversight for the architecture, design, implementation, operation and support of
Technology Infrastructure to deliver secure, robust, scalable, fault-tolerant, 24x7 infrastructures.
 Conceive, formulate and implement long-term strategic plans for acquiring, enabling and implementing
efficient and cost-effective infrastructure and communication technologies.
 Lead the development of Infrastructure strategy, architecture and roadmap, and ensure its integration with
overall IT and enterprise strategic plans.
 Disaster recovery plans and processes that ensure the security and integrity of company data, databases,
information systems, technology and processes.
 Proficiency and experience working with tools for some or all of: access control, endpoint protection,
infrastructure monitoring, identity management, cyber security, data and database security, penetration
testing and network management.
 Broad knowledge of technology infrastructure areas including Hardware, Servers, Network Storage,
Networks, Routers, Switches, LAN, Firewalls, Microsoft Desktops, VDI, Citrix, VMware, Server Virtualization.
 Establishing standards and procedures.
 Cloud computing (private/public/hybrid)
 Strategic outsourcing of IT services.

 To lead the technology infrastructure strategy and execution for the enterprise.
 To oversee formulation of strategy development and technology roadmap, and to ensure alignment across all
functional units and tight alignment with business groups.
 To drive delivery of new technology initiatives through combination of outsourced software implementation
and internal services integration and/or development
 To execute planning, project management and implementation leadership, identifying opportunities for
automation, cost savings, and service quality improvement.
 To provide infrastructure services vision, enables innovation and seeks to leverage IT trends that can create
business value consistent with the company’s requirements and expectations.
 To develop enterprise standards and technology architecture and the IT operations governance process.
 To conduct product and vendor evaluations ensuring best in class technologies and partners.
 To participate in the formulation of the company's enterprise architecture and business system plans;
assessing cost and feasibility, and ensuring the plan is aligned with and supports the strategic goals of the
business.
 To direct oversight, problem-solving leadership and participation for complex infrastructure implementation,
system upgrades and operational troubleshooting.
 To ensure comprehensive disaster recovery architecture and operations, including storage area network and
redundant, highly-available server and network architectures.
 To lead for delivery of 24/7 service operations and KPI compliance.
 To identify, prioritize and schedule initiatives to meet IT planning objectives in coordination with the Group
Chief within the context of the IT strategy.
 To build relationships with senior stakeholders across the business groups, operations, industry partners and
vendors to identify key transformation levers and deliver the change.

Position/Job Title Division Head – IT Operations (SVP)

Academic /  Minimum 4 year Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.


Professional  Preference will be given to candidate having MS/ MBA Degree in Operations Research, Information
Qualification Technology or other relevant field.
 Minimum 10 years’ experience in a leadership role in IT Applications Production Support with a majority
within the Banking sector
Experience
 More than 5 years of project management or related experience
 More than 5 years of ITSM experience for production support
General
 Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to unexpected events, prioritize and multi-task in a deadline driven

 Led and managed 20+ member teams for Tier-1 and/or Tier-2 support

implementation experience of ETGRMF.
 Work closely with auditors (internal, external, statutory and/or regulatory) to review findings, formulate action

Strategy & Technical
 Setting and delivering system and solution strategy, managing the architecture and development of projects
to deliver quality products and solutions.
 Experience in large scale, real-time, scalable, resilient, fault-tolerant solutions in two or more programming
languages with experience using current technology/paradigms/patterns (e.g. Kafka, ML/AI, APIs, ESBs,
DevOps, Big Data, RPA, micro services, middleware, Docker, Kubernetes, …)
 Leading the development of real-time 24x7 solutions including planning, designing, integrating, testing,
deploying, and supporting new application features employing continuous integration/continuous delivery
(CI/CD) methodologies across the development lifecycle.
 Broad understanding of Digital Banking and FinTech (mobile, online, digital payments, ussd, blockchain,
microfinance)
 Advanced knowledge of distributed computing, architecture, design and business processes.
 Agile and Waterfall development methodologies
 Advanced knowledge of development and management tools to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and
improve systems and software.
 Experience working with core banking systems, digital payments, middle ware, SOA, micro services,
reporting systems and complex data.

 To work closely with the senior leadership team in the development and delivery of the digital vision and

 To define the digital banking strategy for the Bank and refine the annual roadmap.
 To maintain understanding of external competitive digital developments and their impact on our business and

service channels via continuous improvement and innovation.
 To promote and adopt digital and self-service channels through significant increase of digital channels

 To set objectives for the Division and ensure achievement of the same and assist Head of T&DG on related
