3 Choose Between "Position-Based Plans" and "Uniform Plans" of Group Protect Benefit. Use the dropdown option.
a. Position-Based Plans - Different Plans according to client's preference however, hierarchy of benefits according to rank
Example: Rank and File employees have Php 100,000 Group Protect Limit while Managers have Php 300,000 G
Managers' Limit CANNOT be lower than Rank and File employees' limit since the rank classification of manage

Basic Guidelines:
1 Group Protect Policy could only be issued for at least 5 employees up to Php 100 employees.
