1.1 It is established to set forth the procedure for proper paste control cleaning and disinfection of all the
areas of the plant.

6.1 For services of the below mentioned work, has been arranged on contractual agreement with M/s.
NATAX (Pvt.) Ltd., a professional house keeping organization. After completion of the job the activity is
documented and an authorized person (sectional head) initiates the same.
7.0 Procedure
7.1 Classification
7.1.1 Termite control
7.1.1.1 Regular inspection during the month is carried out by the representative from the
contractor all around the factory visits and inside the building for termite.
7.1.1.2 After identification the source of termite is located and patent chemicals are spared.
7.1.1.3 During treatment, precaution to be taken to avoid contamination of these chemicals
with the product, raw materials and / or packaging materials.
7.1.1.4 After completion of the job enter information in Anti Termite and Rodent Activity
Data Log.
7.1.2 Disinfection control
7.1.2.1 Treatment for controlling the paste is given once in a month.
7.1.2.2 The area for paste control treatment, after having been identified, or spared with a
desired exercise.
For pesticide – Thunder Insecticide
7.1.2.3 While in other area Thunder Insecticide is being used.
7.1.2.4 The whole operation is checked by a companies responsible person and same is
documented.
7.1.2.5 After completion of the job enter information in Disinfection Data Log.
Note: utmost care is taken to close all areas while treatment is give as precautionary
measures to avoid the contamination to the product and the process.
7.1.3 Rodent control
7.1.3.1 Treatment for the controlling the rodent is give in specified areas.
7.1.3.2 For rodent control zinc phosphate used as rodenticide.
7.1.3.3 For treatment the rodenticide baits are placed in burrows of racks and places that
are likely to be infested by the rodent.
7.1.3.4 The whole operation is checked by an authorized person and same is documented.
7.1.3.5 After the paste control treatment the whole area where treatment is given, is
cleaned up to removed any debris of the pasts all residue the chemical use.
7.1.3.6 After completion of the job enter information in Anti Termite and Rodent Activity
Data Log.

7.1.4 Area cleaning


7.1.4.1 Type of Cleaning
7.1.4.1.1 Dry Mopping
7.1.4.1.1.1 Move the floor / wall and / or ceiling wiper fitted with metallic
handle rod in forward or backward direction on the surface by
convenient angle and pressure to surface.
7.1.4.1.1.2 Use the floor wiper in a straight fashion only. Do not use in a
zigzag way.
Note: Avoid acid, bleach, soda and strong soap during application.
7.1.4.1.2 Door Cleaning
7.1.4.1.2.1 Use clean & dry piece of cloth.
7.1.4.1.2.2 Move the cloth piece with a direction from left to right and vice
versa and then from up to down.
7.1.4.1.2.3 Spray the sub solution of the door.
7.1.4.1.2.4 Use dry cloth to clean the door by rubbing from left to right and
up to down so that no dust particle are visible / found.
7.1.4.1.3 Windows Cleaning
7.1.4.1.3.1 Dry clean the glass of window with a clean and dust free cloth.
7.1.4.1.3.2 Spray the Glint solution on the glass and rub with newspaper to
ensure that the window glass is properly clean and clear.
7.1.4.1.4 Dry Cleaning (Out Side Area)
7.1.4.1.4.1 Use bundle of coconut sticks to clean the outside area.
7.1.4.1.4.2 Before cleaning, sprinkle water on the road to prevent
spreading of dust in the air.
7.1.4.1.4.3 Clean the area by moving the coconut brush from left to right
and continue moving yourself back.
7.1.4.1.5 Special Dry mopping (by using vacuum cleaner)
7.1.4.1.5.1 Use vacuum cleaner to remove dust and powder.
7.1.4.1.5.2 Move the vacuum pipe from right to left and then up & down to
ensure that the dust stained on the wall are properly
removed/sucked.
7.1.4.1.6 Wet Mopping I
7.1.4.1.6.1 Cleaning with surf solution
7.1.4.1.6.1.1 For initial washing use surf solution by using wet mop
fixed on a wiper.
7.1.4.1.6.1.2 Dip the mop in a bucket containing surf solution and
mop the floor with care.
7.1.4.1.6.1.3 Then again dip the mop in the bucket squeeze to
remove any wet particle or mud and repeat the process
till the floor is free from any stain or dust particle.
7.1.4.1.6.2 Cleaning with phenyl solution
7.1.4.1.6.2.1 For mopping, use supper shut perfumed phenyl
solution by using wet mop fixed on a wiper in the
following manner:
7.1.4.1.6.2.2 Dip wet mop fixed on a wiper in Phenyl Solution.
7.1.4.1.6.2.3 Mop the floor / wall and / or ceiling with this wet mop.
7.1.4.1.6.2.4 Keep the mop in bucket containing tap water, wash it
and squeeze to remove any wet particle.
7.1.4.1.6.2.5 Then again dip the mop in phenyl solution and repeat
procedure till floor / wall and / or ceiling has been
moped properly.
7.1.4.1.6.2.6 Use exhaust fan, ceiling fan, dehumidifier, heater for
drying and controlling moisture. (for product mfg.
area only)

7.1.4.1.7 Wet Mopping II


7.1.4.1.7.1 For mopping sealing of oral liquid syrup area, use wet mopping
wiper wetted with tap water.
7.1.4.1.7.2 Mop the sealing with this wet wiper by moving from left side to
right side.
7.1.4.1.7.3 Keep the mop wipers in the bucket containing tap water for few
minutes and squeeze to remove any wet particles?
7.1.4.1.7.4 Again mop the sealing in same manner.
7.1.4.1.7.5 Then again dip the mop in the bucket containing tap water and
repeat the process till the sealing is free from any sort of syrup,
its color or any dust particle.
7.1.4.1.7.6 Use exact fan, sealing fan and heater for drying.
7.1.4.1.8 WC / Commode cleaning
7.1.4.1.8.1 Sprinkle 5g of VIM detergent powder inside the Commode/WC
and rub it with the nylon brush in such a manner that is from
right to left and front to back to insure that stain is removed
properly.
7.1.4.1.8.2 Flush the Commode / WC with water from the tank.
7.1.4.1.8.3 Drop 5ml of Finis in commode/WC.
7.1.4.1.9 Washbasin Cleaning
7.1.4.1.9.1 Sprinkle 5g of VIM detergent powder on the Washbasin and
rub it with the cloth in such a manner that is from right to left
and front to back to ensure that it is cleaned properly.
7.1.4.1.9.2 Rinse the washbasin with tap water and continue rinsing for 2
to 3 minutes.
7.1.4.1.9.3 Place three to five phenolphthalein tablets in the washbasin.
7.1.4.1.10 Floor Polishing
7.1.4.1.10.1 Washing
7.1.4.1.10.1.1 Use surf solution for washing.
7.1.4.1.10.1.2 Spread surf solution on the floor and wash the floor
with floor polishing machine to ensure that any wetted
powder, particle or any other stain is removed from the
floor.
7.1.4.1.10.2 Polishing
7.1.4.1.10.2.1 Use Kiwi floor polish.
7.1.4.1.10.2.2 Polish the floor by using floor polishing machine to
ensure that a layer of polishing and shinning has been
developed.
7.1.4.1.11 Waste Bin Cleaning
7.1.4.1.11.1 Take out all the waste material from the waste bin and put in a
poly bag.
7.1.4.1.11.2 Clean the waste bin with tap water and rinse it again with tap
water and finally drying with clean and dry cloth.
7.1.5 List Of Chemicals
7.1.5.1 Super Shut Perfumed Phenyl Solution (uses: to disinfect the area of corridor/stairs)
7.1.5.2 VIM (To clean tiles and wash basin)
7.1.5.3 Glint (To clean the windows)
