areas of the plant.

6.1 For services of the below mentioned work, has been arranged on contractual agreement with M/s.
NATAX (Pvt.) Ltd., a professional house keeping organization. After completion of the job the activity is
documented and an authorized person (sectional head) initiates the same.
7.0 Procedure
7.1 Classification
7.1.1 Termite control
7.1.1.1 Regular inspection during the month is carried out by the representative from the
contractor all around the factory visits and inside the building for termite.
7.1.1.2 After identification the source of termite is located and patent chemicals are spared.
7.1.1.3 During treatment, precaution to be taken to avoid contamination of these chemicals
with the product, raw materials and / or packaging materials.
7.1.1.4 After completion of the job enter information in Anti Termite and Rodent Activity
Data Log.
7.1.2 Disinfection control
7.1.2.1 Treatment for controlling the paste is given once in a month.
7.1.2.2 The area for paste control treatment, after having been identified, or spared with a
desired exercise.
For pesticide – Thunder Insecticide
7.1.2.3 While in other area Thunder Insecticide is being used.
7.1.2.4 The whole operation is checked by a companies responsible person and same is
documented.
7.1.2.5 After completion of the job enter information in Disinfection Data Log.
Note: utmost care is taken to close all areas while treatment is give as precautionary
measures to avoid the contamination to the product and the process.
7.1.3 Rodent control
7.1.3.1 Treatment for the controlling the rodent is give in specified areas.
7.1.3.2 For rodent control zinc phosphate used as rodenticide.
7.1.3.3 For treatment the rodenticide baits are placed in burrows of racks and places that
are likely to be infested by the rodent.
7.1.3.4 The whole operation is checked by an authorized person and same is documented.
7.1.3.5 After the paste control treatment the whole area where treatment is given, is
cleaned up to removed any debris of the pasts all residue the chemical use.
7.1.3.6 After completion of the job enter information in Anti Termite and Rodent Activity
Data Log.

7.1.7.3.1 Two ounces in 10 liters water in bucket
7.1.7.4 Hcl solution
7.1.7.4.1 Take 250ml Hcl and mix with half bucket of water to clean any hard stain on
the floor.
