Job Responsibilities:

 Work in conjunction with sales and operation team and responsible for Mechanical related
Engineering challenges of any project.
 Team Lead Offshore/Onshore service operations and Subsea Activities for upstream section and
communicate with client representative throughout the operation.
 Prepare master documents of project such as Quotation, BOM, Task Risk Assessments, Operation
Procedure and Daily field Report.
 Carrying out Preventive Maintenance activities and participate in improvement activities in
workshop hop for better productivity and cost saving.
 Carry out QA Inspection and dimensional inspection for the manufactured products and prepare
QA/QC report.
 Co-ordinate Equipment and personnel mobilization for offshore/onshore operation and follow up
field operation and report to management team.

ACHIEVEMENTS

 Recommend and successfully deliver Hot Tapping solution for Well Head integrity checking by
modifying standard HT machine - PDO Oman
 Successfully implement changes for R&D developed conductor stabilization equipment and team
lead million-dollar offshore project for conductor maintenance activities-ADNOC.
 Successfully co-ordinate with Design department for designing and modifying drawings to meet
client’s requirement for sub-sea well decommissioning and slot recovery operation-ZADCO.
TECHNICAL SKILLS

 Knowledge in project execution procedures, manufacturing drawings, QA/QC methods and QHSE
requirement for offshore/onshore activities in oil and gas industry.
 Working knowledge in offshore/Onshore Slot Recovery, Well Decommissioning, Well Head
installation, Conductor Tensioning, Hot tapping and Conductor repairing and stabilizing methods.
 Working Knowledge in oil drilling operations and jack up rig activities, equipment’s and its functions.
 Working knowledge on upstream offshore/onshore oil and gas Operation and Maintenance Activities
 Ability to read and understand Engineering Drawings, QA methods and QHSE procedure.
 Familiar with Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems and its functions and operation.

ACADEMIC PROJECTS
PG PROJECT:Riser Designing and Simulation Technique for Metal Casting Process
Completed individual project by simulating metal casting process and using the data attained by simulation
result, designed riser and gating system for casting. Also predicted the formation of defects in sample and
undergone metal flow analysis using CFD.

UG PROJECT:Design of Multi-Setup Fixture for VMCand Optimization of Machining Process

Completed group project on study of various machining operations for the manufacturing of components for
a printing machine and also designed a multi set up fixture to machine ‘roller support’on VMC, prepared a
revised process layout, estimated annual savings to the company with the new method and developed the
CNC part program for the fixture.
