village, Karnal, therefore, the entire
geographical area t'alling under this'illage is declared
as Containment Zone and Hasanpu. & Upli
villages, adjoining to Rasin village is declared as Buffer Zone

It has been reported that a person from Hindol village, Sub-Tehsil Baund, Charkhi
Dadri has tested positive for corona virus, as per report received from viral testing
laboratory, PGIMS Rohtak. Therefore, the entire geographical area falling under this
village is hereby declared as ContainmenlZone. No person of Hindol village is allowed to
move in or out of the village. Beside this, village Sanwar, Phogat and Sanjarwas situated
within 3 km radius of village Hindol are also declared No movement ZonelContainment
Zone. Keeping in view the guidelines issued by the Government, the area surrounding
villages namely Saunf, Kasni and Sankrod are declared Buffer Zone i.e. restricted
movement Zone for all the purposes and objective as prescribed in the protocol of
COVID-19 Containment Plan issued by the (Heatlh Department) to prevent its spread in
the adjoining areas.

For combating the situation at hand, the following action plan is prescribed to
carry out screening of the suspects, testing of all suspected cases, quarantine, isolation,
social distancing and other public health measures in the Containment Zone as well as

B uffer Zone effectively :

l. For containing transmission of coronavirus in the villages mentioned above, the

plan submitted by office of Civil Surgeon, Charkhi Dadri will be implemented
under the overall leadership of Civil Surgeon, Charkhi Dadri in letter and spirit
"Annexure-A&8".
2. The entire areas of ContainmentZone and Buffer Zone shall be fully sanitized by
the Executive Officer, Municipal Council, Charkhi Dadri. lt shall be ensured by
the Municipal Council, Charkhi Dadri that the staff deployed for complete

sanitization of the locality is provided with proper personal protective equipments

(PPEs) viz. face masks, gloves, caps, sanitizers, shoes and they shall follow social

distancing norms. No sweeping of the area shall be done rather the solid waste
shall be picked/lifted properly to avoid dust.
3. Movement of public of the inhabitants of Containment Zone shall be absolutely
restricted and the entire Containment Zone shall be sealed by deployment of
adequate police force and setting up or required number of Nakas etc by the
Superitendent of Police, Charkh Dadri.
4. Necessary barricading of the Containment as well as Buffer Zone shall be done by

the Executive Engineer, PWD (B&R) Division, Charkhi Dadri in consultation with
the Police Authorities.

5. The following officers are hereby appointed as Duty Magistrates for the

Containment Zone and Buffer Zone for maintenance of law and order round the

clock alternatively on alternate days.

6. A control Room shall be set up in Baund Block Office, Charkhi Dadri. SDO (PR)
shall be the Incharge of this control Room and overall incharge shall be Naib
Tehsildar Baund.
7. Sufficient stock of personal protective equipments/devices and required medicines
shall be kept at the control room by the Civil Surgeon, Charkhi Dadri.
8. Hospital located in the vicinity of the Containment and Buffer Zone is declared as

Containment/lsolation/CovID Hospital. Civil Surgeon, Charkhi Dadri shall ensure

that all the required health-care/medical facilities are in place to meet any

emergency

9. General Manager, Haryana Roadways, Charkhi Dadri shall deploy two buses
exclusively for carrying the ASHA Workers/ANMs from Hospital to the Zones
and drop them back and ensure that the buses are properly sanitized before and
after use.
10. Demand of essential goods/commodities such as raw ration/ milk/ grocery/

medicine/vegetables shall be worked out and list shall be prepared by the Secretary

Market Committee and D.F.S.C., Charkhi Dadri. There shall be separate packets of
vegetables, ration/grocery items, milk etc and delivery of the same should be

ensured at the door step. The delivery boy would wear personal protective

equipments and drop the packets at the door itself. He will not go inside any house
or make physical contact with any person.
ll. The grocery items, milk, vegetables, medicine/personal protective items etc shall
be made available according to the demand by the DFSC, Charkhi Dadri,
Secretary, Market Committee and Civil Surgeon, Charkhi Dadri respectively and
all these items shall be kept in BDPO Office, Baund in sufficient quantity under
the supervision of District Food & Supplies Controller, Charkhi Dadri.

12. Accounts of the essential goods/items received and distributed to the households
shall be maintained by the incharge Control Room on daily basis for which he may
deploy adequate staff from his own office.
13. Uninterrupted power supply in the Containment/Buffer Zone shall be ensured by
XEN, DHBVN, Charkhi Dadri.

14. Regular safe drinking water supply shall be ensured by the XEN Public Health,
Charkhi Dadri in Containment/Buffer Zone.
15. Ambulances and other para-medical staff shall be deployed by the Civil Surgeon.

The Sub Divisional Magistrate, Charkhi Dadri shall be the Overall Incharge of the
Containment/Buffer Zone and to over-see all the arrangements.
All the Offices/Officials on duty shall perform/discharge their duties efficiently
and any laxity on the part of any officer/official will attract strict action the
