Banana Nut Muffins

Ingredients:

 1 Cup White Sugar

 1 Egg

 ½ Cup Vegetable Oil

 3 Ripe Bananas

 2 Cups of All-Purpose Flour

 ½ Tsp. Salt

 1 Tsp Baking Powder

 ½ Cup Chopped Walnuts

Pre-Cooking Steps:

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)

2. Grease the muffin tray or line the muffin tray with paper muffin cups

Cooking Steps:

1. Mix the sugar, oil, and egg in a bowl until it becomes creamy, and has a light-yellow

color. (Wet Ingredients)

2. Mash your bananas and add them to the bowl, along with your chopped walnuts.
3. Grab another bowl and mix the flour, baking soda, and salt together. (Dry Ingredients)

4. Add the bowl of dry ingredients into the bowl of wet ingredients, and mix until it is

smooth.

5. Use a spoon to scoop the batter into the muffin tray, or paper cups.

6. Decorate the top of each muffin using any extra chopped walnuts you may have.

7. Bake for 30-40 minutes, and take the tray out of the oven.

8. Use a toothpick or knife to poke a hole in the center of the muffin, if the utensil comes

out clean, they are ready to eat, if not, put the tray back in the oven for about 10 more

minutes.
