A. Registration Fee – P1,500.00 per pax (inclusive of accommodation)

2. Meals for the participants will be available from September 28, breakfast to September
30, lunch.

B. LAND TRIP Transportation Fee – P2,000.00 per pax

1. Cash Payment will be on-site.
2. September 27, 2018 (St. Paul University Manila to St. Paul University Philippines,
Tuguegarao City), Departure Time: 7:00 P.M.
3. September 30, 2018 (St. Paul University Philippines, Tuguegarao City to St. Paul
University Manila), Departure Time: 8:00 P.M.

C. For those who are taking the plane please inform/provide us the following:
1. Name of school
2. No. of Participants
3. Schedule of arrival from the airport
4. Airline
5. Contact person and Contact Number
Note: This is for the ride reservation to pick you up and bring you to the airport.

D. Please bring the following:

1. Personal/Maintenance Medicine
2. Paulinian Formation Program booklet
3. Hard copy of your school’s Paulinian Formation Program activities as of September 27,
2018.
