Dr.

Tanaya Tarai, Faculty of Law & OSD (Academics & Publications) in Maharashtra National
Law University, Aurangabad, Maharashtra. She had her Law Degree, Post Graduate Degree and
Doctorate Degree for Berhampur University. She is having 20 years of teaching experience in Law
College and Universities. Although she is good writer of Articles in Journal, Law Books and Research
Publication in National and International Level. She has experience in Foreign Company (Srilanka) as
Law Officer for two years.

In her research, she has collected data, survey and analysed on Human rights Laws in Srilanka about
the girl child.

She has published fifteen Law books such as Women & Child Law, Intellectual Property Rights, South
Asian Trade Laws, Indo-Srilanka Free Trade, Marital Rape, Child Labour, and Justice fro Tribal Women
and Child Abuse etc. The Author has published several article in International refereed journals,
attended several Seminar, Refresher Courses and Conferences in National and International Level.

She is also translated Religious book in Singhalese language and it has published in Srilanka.
