 Paper titled, Voluntary winding up – IBC, 2016 a way forward, selected for a book on IBC, 2016 – A
Paradigm Shift, which will be published by Chanakya national law university.
 Worked as an assistant author & wrote conclusion for the book Surrogacy & the law, published by Mohan
law house.

OTHER ACHIEVEMENTS

 Founder of an initiative to Explore Corporate Literacy i.e. Corporate Law Journal (Biannual Online Law
Journal). The Inaugural issue has been launched by father of modern legal education late Prof. Dr. N.R.
Madhava Menon.
 Participated as only student representative for the IBBI & SIPI Roundtable on IBC 2016: Looking
Ahead: Global Learning, Local Application.
 Represented CNLU at ICC India Arbitration Conference Pune, 2019.
 Represented CNLU at Global Arbitration Review Live, 2019 at Mumbai.
 Received a recommendation letter from Dr. Sheetal Vohra, Managing Partner, Vohra & Vohra for
significant research initiatives for corporate and commercial laws.
 Presented a paper titled Impact of Goods & Service Taxes on Business for panel discussion on GST
organized by CNLU & secured 3rd position.
 Working on a book with co author CS Mamta Binani (former president, ICSI) on Corporate for society: a
real picture. (80% work is completed, awaiting guest articles from legal luminaries and eminent corporate
personalities.
 Attended & Convener of 3 Days Workshop on GST: One Nation One Tax, organized by Chanakya
National Law University, Patna.
 Presented an article on “Legal Compliances for Startups: Significance of IP Laws” on IP Seminar at
CNLU.
 Presented a research paper titled “Intercountry Adoption, at BHU Law School.
