Dealer behavior is the study of how he purchases, how he sells, how they get feedback from
consumers and after that he came to conclusion about particular Phoenix Solar System’s product.
It is a subcategory of marketing that blends elements from different fields. It attempts to
understand the buyer decision making process, both individually and in groups. It studies
characteristics of individual consumers such as demographics, psychographics and behavioral
variables in an attempt to understand peoples wants. It also tries to assess influences on the
consumer from groups such as Family, friends, reference groups, and society in general. By
understanding the consumer, we will be able to make a more informed decision as to which
strategy to employ.
The researcher has taken the study of Dealers Satisfaction at Phoenix Solar System Pvt Ltd.
organization with the title “A study of dealers satisfaction with special reference to Phoenix
Solar System Pvt Ltd”. For this study the researcher has selected 75 dealers by convenience
sampling method for the study.
1. Conceptual scope: The concept of the study is dealers satisfaction towards Phoenix Solar
System Pvt Ltd.
2. Geographical scope: The geographical scope of the research project is limited up to the area
of Pune, Sangli, Kolhapur and Aurangabad District.
3. Analytical scope: Analysis of the study is done by Table, Graph and interpretation method.

The secondary data are those which have been collected by someone else and which have
already been passed through the statistical analysis. For this study the secondary data is collected
through websites, company records and company brochure etc. The most of the secondary
sources of information were from the official website of towards Phoenix Solar System Pvt Ltd.
