Seasoncard if being used by an adult. Our hospitality ticket refund policy is 28 days prior
to the match.  
 
Academy Stadium  
 
The Academy Stadium operates an unreserved seating policy; you will be directed to an
open stand on the day, where seats/standing are available. The seat information on your
confirmation email is for internal use only and should be disregarded.  
 
Cityzens Membership Purchase 
 
Please be aware, due to the new badge launch, your Cityzens card will not be
dispatched until the end of July 2016.  
 
Cityzens membership is now a subscription with automatic renewal. This means that
your membership will continue for a rolling 12 month period. Please see our updated
Terms and Conditions.  
 
If you dont want your Cityzens membership to automatically renew, please contact us on
+44 (0)161 444 1894, option 1, option 3 at any point no later than 5pm on the working
day prior to your renewal date*. If you choose to cancel your membership, it will end on
your renewal date*.  
 
*12 months from the date of purchase.  
 
Tour Purchases

All Tours will depart from the Tours meeting point, which is located on the first floor of the
City Store.

Please arrive at the Tour Meeting Point located at West Reception, Colin Bell Stand 15
minutes prior to your selected time.  
 
Please avoid bringing any baggage to the Etihad Stadium. All baggage will be searched
before gaining entry to the Stadium. Suitcases and Cabin Bags will be searched and
stored in a secure location.
