Dear Sir or Madam

I have just returned from a holiday which I booked through your company and
I am writing to complain about the situation I encountered there.

When I and my husband booked the holiday, we made it clear that we do not
ask for the most luxurious setting, but that we would like to stay in a
comfortable place at a reasonable price. Since we were traveling to Barcelona,
she suggested that we stay in one of the town houses, where we would have
privacy and comfort, without having to pay hotel prices. She showed us some
photos of the rooms, which seemed to be exactly what we were looking for.

I was distressed to find that the situation in the house was very different from
what we were led to believe. The house was filled with other travelers staying
in each of the rooms. The space was very crowded with so many people and the
rooms themselves were very small. There was also no air-conditioning, which
made it difficult to It goes without saying that the photos we were shown had
been taken from a strategic angle.

I think it would be of everyone’s interest if a better location was found and this
house was no longer offered as part of the offers your agency provides.
Perhaps if the premises were updated and the number of guests present at the
same time was controlled, it would make for a more pleasurable experience. I
am sure it will be appreciated if you let your clients know what the actual
situation is, because then they would be able to make informed decisions.

I would very much like to hear your reactions to all this, and I anticipate
receiving an apology and substantial refund from your company.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours faithfully,

Biljana Pavlovska
