Power through COVID

This power bar is great, fast turn around and

needed especially during COVID. I don't notice
and flex with the bar. I could not buy enough
weights during COVID =)

By far the best bar that has ever touched my

hands. Amazing quality and knurling. I chose this
over the deadlift or squat bar because it seems to
fit the niche of not only being an all around good
bar but it can do everything while being within
powerlifting specs. 10/10 would recommend

Good product/ fast delivery

I love this bar so far my only complaint is I wish

the middle knurling was a few inches wider but
besides that love the products and I plan to buy a
squat bar and deadlift bar soon!!

Great Bar

I just received the bare steel version and have

owned a black zinc one for years. The newer
version feels sti!er, perhaps due to the higher
tensile rating. Buddy makes great bars and the
value of the TPB really has the competition beat.
A sub$300 high quality barbell is as good as it
gets.

Legendary Bar...

Some youtubers will say this bar is outdated and

others make bars with stronger steel etc. Yes
these upstart companies bars are nice but don’t
forget the test the Texas Power Bar has on all of
them. It has been the standard bar in the sport
for decades for a reason. The knurling is
fantastic. Prior to this I used the Ohio Power Bar
and Westside Bar (basically the same thing as
OPB) and the knurling on them is very sharp but
not necessarily grippy. It’s hard to explain but on
those it is just sharp digs but doesn’t really catch
onto your hand. This knurling is both sharp in a
nice way and it catches onto your hand giving
you a secure grip. I mean at the end of the day,
the bar is clearly durable, it feels good, nice
knurl, excellent fit and finish, and it supports a
great company. What more could you ask for.
