National service involves compulsory military service during peacetime and can provide benefits for one's career and development. It exposes children to discipline which can help them become responsible adults, while also allowing former prisoners to learn discipline to reintegrate into society. National service builds experience and looks good on a CV, helping one's future job prospects, while also serving one's family, friends, and country.

Everybody is doing it so you should be too! What is national service? a period of compulsory service in the armed forces during peacetime (phased out in the UK by 1963). Why you should do it? It will stay on your CV, so when you apply for a job it will be better for you and your future. Also, it will give you some experience for the future. Children get an opportunity to become disciplined adults via a recognisable training regime. You will be doing it mainly for yourself but also for your family, friends and your country. People in prison could also do it after they come out to learn discipline for their life after on.
