SUBJECT COVID-19 Related Supreme Court Issuances, Orders and

Circulars

1. Reference: Memorandum from TDIDM dated May 4, 2020 with subject

same as above.

2. Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic/crisis, necessary adjustments

and modifications are currently being undertaken by government agencies, including
the PNP, to ensure the delivery of public service and the continuous operation of the
criminal justice system.

3. With the aforesaid adjustments and modifications, efforts must also be

made to align the PNP's existing guidelines and procedures with the new issuances
of other government agencies. This is specially so with respect to the new issuances
made by the Supreme Court which affect the PNP's business processes.

4. Based on the foregoing you are hereby directed to observe and be

guided by the issuances, orders and circulars issued by the Supreme Court relative
to COVID-19. As of May 4, 2020, attached as Annex "A" is the list of the aforesaid
Supreme Court issuances, orders and circulars which can be viewed and
downloaded at http://sc.judiciary.gov.ph/covid-19-issuances/ for reference.
