Cell-phone can`t power on.

Check the Battery Voltage. Connect TA to charge the battery.
Battery > 3.4V?

Yes

Power-on the phone and check

the power-on sound Yes
or motor vibration. Change the OCTA ASSY

Sound or vibration ok ?

No

Abnormal Change the ANT504 (Key-CON)

Check the ANT504
(soldering crack, open, etc) And retry to the power-on operation.

Yes

If the output voltage is not satisfied with normal

Check the U400 output voltage No
(C4046=1.15V, C4047=1.15V) condition, replace U400.

Yes

Check the U400 output signal No If the output voltage is not satisfied with normal.
(MSM_PS_HOLD(TP405)) =
1.8V condition, replace U400.
