 Lesson Outline
The teacher will state the objectives of the lesson that the student will be
able to:
 Use hyperlinks to improve their slideshow(s);
 Embed files and data to their slideshow(s); and
 Maximize slideshow(s) as an effective visual aid tool.
A. Introduction The teacher will discuss to the students that there are plenty of tools you
can present. Whether it is a scientific data, statistical, or a book report, a
presentation tool has you covered. In this lesson the students will be able
to enhance their skills and knowledge with the use of the computer and
internet towards being exemplary in their fields.

An Online Pre-test will be conducted a day before the proper discussion.

The teacher will say that;
- It is now time for your group to present the result of your small
business venture in class. What better way to present it but with
the use of presentation tool.
- Below is a list of presentation tools. Research about them and
write their advantages and disadvantages.
- Your group is free to decide which presentation tool/program you
can use.

Exploration 5.1.Adding Hyperlinks to your Presentation

Gather your group and improve your presentation using hyperlinks.

1. Take action buttons on your presentation (action buttons are found on

Insert>Shapes).
2. Create action buttons that will allow you to navigate to the net slide,
previous slide, and first slide.
3. Insert hidden slides at the end of your presentation then insert an object
containing your Excel Files. Create a hyperlinks to this slide from the
slides that contain the charts corresponding to the data.
