Minutes of Grade 9 Meeting

Reminders about the following:

- Attendance/Punctuality
- Proper Uniform
- Wearing of Make Up (For Girls)
- Proper Haircut
- Student’s Behavior and Performance
- E- Learning Platform
- Class Schedule
- Remedial Classes Schedule
- STS Form
- SDS
- Other concerns

Attendance/Punctuality

- Most of the students that are usually late transferees.

- Teachers (Adviser/1st Period Teacher) should give tardy slip.

- Teachers should also note about the tardiness of the students on their communication notebook.

Proper Uniform

- Some of the students do not have yet patches on their uniform

- Proper Uniform of the students must be monitored.

Proper Make Up

- There are still some students who wears make up like one of the student in Grade 9 –Microsoft
according to Mrs. Daelo.

- Teachers should remind the student who wears make up.

Proper Haircut

- Proper haircut must be monitored.

Suggestion: Foster Parent c/o SSG or Teacher

A program that would give foster care for those students who are in need.

Students’ Behavior

- There are some students from one section who always go out in the room, usually are transferees.

E-Learning Platform

- It is suggested that the posting of lesson/activity/assessment for the next week is by Friday or
weekends.

- Assessments should not be taken from the module because the answer keys can be found in the
internet.

- There should be only ten assessments only in the platform with 10 items only and it must be Multiple
Choice.

POD

- Every incident should be written in the log book.

- List of student’s who needs guidance is already given to Ms. Venzon.

Performance of the Students

- Teachers are reminded about Class Record.

STS Form

-STS Form was already given to Ms. Venzon

SDS

SDS is done every end of the month which talks about the concerns of the students.

Other Concerns:

Cleanliness
Students are responsible to clean their classrooms.

Seating Arrangement

- Traditional Seating Arrangement should be applied in the classroom.

GP

- Making a topic per month according to grade level.

Class Schedule

-Re-scheduling of Teacher’s Schedule

Remedial Classes

- Giving authorization letter to the students signed by the parents.

- Choosing the students who really need remedial classes.

- Re-scheduling of Remedial Classes.

-Lessons in the Remedial Classes (DLL)
