1 All hand tools, access, egress to/from site, excavated areas, walkways,
gangways. Soil heaps kept clear of material, tools..etc.
2 Scaffloding Material ( H-beam, pipes, bracing, clamps…etc )
3 Stacking of bricks, hollow blocks are done in safe manner.
4 Nails removed from wooden planks / timber and not protruding out.
5 Saw dust, wood chips & scrap wood cleared from carpentry jobs & disposed.
6 Excavated and demolition earth cleared from site and accessess.
MECHANICAL
1 Walkways, gangways, passages kept clear of material, tools..etc
2 Area and roads kept clear of pre-plan of cranes & material handling equip.
3 Scrap, cut-pieces, welding electrode stubs, hand tools kept tidy in work
area and disposed in safe manner.
4 Skip box available at site and waste box available at working place.
5 Welding cables, power cables routed properly to avoid run-over by vehicle
and equip. or tripping hazards and obstruction to personnel movement.
6 Compressed gas cylinders, hoses kept away from hot work & grinding work.
7 Compressed gas hoses routed properly in the site.
8 Floor kept clear of water, oil spillage / accumulation.
PIPING
1 Barrication at excavated area.
2 Passage ways and garageways kept clear of material.
3 Piping Storage area and cut-pieces of wood, beam,cables & hoses in safe
manner.
STORES
1 Entry and Exits kept clear.
2 Materials placed on racks are safely accessible.
3 Compressed gas cylinders are separated as full or empty and type of gas.
4 Vertically stored cylinders are secured.
5 Flammable storage areas are isolated from store, office & work areas.
6 Storing area for lifting tools & tackles, ropes, wire ropes, PPE, …etc
GENERAL
1 Keep workplace accessible & Housekeeping maintain at all times.
2 Site roads are kept clear of stacked material for free & safe vehicle
movement.
3 Heavy material stacking are taken care of to prevent slips, collapse & rolling
4 Skip box should not overflow.
5 Oil,slippery surface not present.
